1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

2 Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and access any Services on the dewi19 Platform. This minimum age requirement is strictly enforced. If at any time the Company discovers that a Player is or was under the age of 21 at the time of registration or when placing a wager, the Company reserves the right to:

• Immediately suspend or permanently close the Account;
• Void all wagers placed while the Player was underage;
• Withhold or reclaim any winnings derived from underage play; and
• Report the matter to relevant authorities where legally required.

2.2 Residency

The Platform is designed primarily for players residing in Indonesia. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Services is lawful in your jurisdiction. dewi19 does not accept registrations from residents of jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local statute.

2.3 Exclusions

The following individuals are not permitted to register or maintain an account on dewi19:

• Employees, contractors, directors, or agents of dewi19, or immediate family members of such persons;
• Individuals who have previously been self-excluded from the Platform or any affiliated platform;
• Individuals who have been permanently banned from the Platform for breach of these Terms & Conditions;
• Individuals acting on behalf of any of the above categories of person.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

To access the Services, you must complete the dewi19 registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted. You agree to maintain and promptly update your registration information to keep it accurate, current, and complete at all times.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to hold one Account only. Opening or attempting to open multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. Where duplicate accounts are detected, dewi19 reserves the right to:

• Close all duplicate accounts without notice;
• Confiscate any balances or winnings held across those accounts; and
• Apply a permanent ban from the Platform.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (username and password). dewi19 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials. You must notify our support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account by contacting us at the email address provided in Clause 13.

3.4 Accurate Information

Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information — including a false date of birth, a name that does not match your government-issued identification, or a fictitious address — constitutes a breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance.

4 Identity Verification (KYC)

4.1 Verification Requirement

Before processing any withdrawal request, and at any other time at dewi19's reasonable discretion, Players are required to complete identity verification (KYC). The Company may request any of the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: National Identity Card (KTP), passport, or government-issued photo ID;
• Proof of Age: Any document confirming you are 21 years of age or older;
• Proof of Address: Utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence issued within the last three months;
• Proof of Payment Method: A photograph or screenshot of the bank account or e-wallet used to make deposits, confirming that the account is held in the Player's name.

4.2 Processing Time

KYC document review is typically completed within 24–48 hours of submission during WIB business hours. Complex cases may require additional time. Players will be notified by email of the outcome of their verification review.

4.3 Consequences of Failed Verification

If a Player fails to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable period following a request, dewi19 reserves the right to restrict account functionality, suspend withdrawal privileges, or close the account entirely. In cases where fraudulent documents are submitted, the account will be permanently closed and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Deposit Methods

dewi19 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment channels:

• Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI, and Bank Permata;
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

All transactions are processed exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR/Rp). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000. dewi19 does not charge deposit processing fees, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply its own charges.

5.2 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours for KYC-verified accounts, and typically much faster during WIB business hours. Players must withdraw to the same payment method used to make their most recent deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. dewi19 reserves the right to perform additional verification checks on withdrawal requests before processing.

5.3 Funds Ownership

You confirm that all funds deposited into your dewi19 Account are legally owned by you, are free from any encumbrance, and are not derived from any criminal or fraudulent activity. dewi19 operates strict anti-money-laundering (AML) protocols and may freeze accounts and report suspicious transaction activity to relevant authorities without prior notice.

5.4 Unclaimed Balances

If an Account remains inactive (no login, no wager, no withdrawal) for a continuous period of twelve (12) months, dewi19 may classify the Account as dormant. A monthly dormancy administration fee of Rp 50.000 may be applied until the balance reaches zero or the Player reactivates the Account by logging in and making contact with customer support.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

dewi19 offers various promotional bonuses to both new and existing Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this clause. In the event of any conflict, the promotion-specific terms take precedence.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in each promotion's terms. Wagers placed on games with a contribution rate of less than 100% (for example, certain table games and live dealer games) may count at a reduced rate toward satisfying wagering requirements.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

dewi19 reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or reclaim any bonus and any winnings derived from that bonus if there is reasonable evidence that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to:

• Opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once;
• Coordinated betting with other Players to exploit a promotion;
• Placing low-risk or hedged bets designed purely to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk;
• Using a bonus in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational play.

6.4 Expiry

Bonus Funds and any associated free spins that are not used within the validity period specified in the relevant promotion's terms will expire automatically without compensation. dewi19 will not reinstate expired bonuses.

7 Gameplay Rules

7.1 Game Integrity

All games offered on the dewi19 Platform — including sports betting, live casino, slot games, and togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) — use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or verified live-dealer outcomes. Game results are determined independently and cannot be influenced by the Company or any Player.

7.2 Sports Betting

Sports betting odds are published in real time and are subject to change until a wager is confirmed. Once a bet is accepted, the odds at the time of acceptance apply. dewi19 offers markets across BRI Liga 1, English Premier League, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, and international competitions including Piala AFF and FIFA World Cup qualifying fixtures. Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets are available subject to a minimum of two selections and specific stake limits published in the sports betting rules section of the Platform.

7.3 Bet Cancellation & Voids

dewi19 reserves the right to cancel or void any wager where:

• The wager was placed after an event has commenced and the result was already determined (late betting);
• A technical error caused an incorrect price to be offered;
• The event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned without a result;
• There is evidence of match manipulation or integrity violation.

7.4 Maximum Payout

Maximum single-transaction payout limits apply across all product verticals. Current limits are published in the relevant game or betting rules sections of the Platform. dewi19 reserves the right to pay winnings that exceed the stated maximum payout limit in installments.

7.5 Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or connectivity failure during a gaming session, dewi19 will attempt to reconstruct the session from server logs. The Company's determination of the correct game state at the time of the malfunction shall be final. Bets that cannot be verified from server records may be declared void and stakes refunded.

8 Responsible Gaming

8.1 Player Protection Commitment

dewi19 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming. We provide a range of tools to help Players maintain control of their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time limits, reality checks, and self-exclusion options. 8.2 Self-Exclusion

Players who believe their gambling is becoming problematic may request a self-exclusion period of between 30 days and a permanent lifetime exclusion. Self-exclusion requests must be submitted to our support team and will be actioned within 24 hours of receipt. During a self-exclusion period, the Player's Account will be suspended and the Player will be removed from all promotional communications.

8.3 Underage Gambling Prevention

dewi19 strictly enforces the 21+ age restriction and uses identity verification to prevent underage access. We encourage parents and guardians to use parental control software to restrict minors' access to online gaming platforms. If you believe a minor has accessed the Platform, please contact us immediately.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the dewi19 Platform — including but not limited to trademarks, logos, graphics, software, text, game interfaces, and audiovisual materials — is the intellectual property of dewi19 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only.

You must not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of dewi19. Unauthorized use of Platform content may result in account termination and legal action.

10 Limitation of Liability

10.1 Service Availability

dewi19 endeavors to provide a continuously available, high-quality Platform but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Scheduled maintenance, unexpected outages, or third-party service disruptions may affect availability. dewi19 will not be liable for any loss arising from Platform unavailability.

10.2 Cap on Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dewi19's aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms & Conditions — regardless of the legal basis of the claim — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.3 Exclusion of Consequential Loss

In no event shall dewi19 be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages — including loss of profit, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity — arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if dewi19 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10.4 Player Decisions

All gaming and betting decisions made by a Player are made at that Player's own risk. dewi19 provides information and tools to assist Players but does not offer gambling advice. The Company is not responsible for any financial loss resulting from a Player's wagering decisions.

11 Termination

11.1 Termination by Player

You may close your Account at any time by contacting dewi19 customer support. Prior to closure, you must withdraw any remaining real-money balance. Bonus Funds and non-withdrawable credits will be forfeited upon account closure.

11.2 Termination by dewi19

dewi19 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account — with or without prior notice — for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive conduct;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe;
• Suspected money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity;
• Receipt of a chargeback or disputed transaction from a payment provider;
• At dewi19's reasonable business discretion, including regulatory requirements.

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to access and use the Platform ceases immediately. Verified real-money balances (excluding Bonus Funds) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method following completion of any outstanding verification or investigation, subject to deduction of amounts owed to dewi19.

12 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which dewi19 is incorporated and licensed to operate. Players in Indonesia acknowledge that online gaming regulation in Indonesia is subject to local legislation, and that by accessing the Platform they do so at their own legal risk and responsibility.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally through our customer support process shall be subject to binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognized arbitration body, conducted in English. Each party shall bear its own costs unless the arbitrator directs otherwise.

Nothing in this clause limits dewi19's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent or restrain a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
